Prodexa may collect contact details, support messages, purchase details and licence information when you choose to download, buy or request support.

Payments

Payments will be processed by Stripe. Prodexa should not store full card details on this website.

Licence validation

The Windows app may contact the Prodexa licence service to validate a licence key. This may include the licence key, app version and basic device information needed to prevent misuse.

Support

If you send screenshots or files for support, they may contain business information. Only send information you are comfortable sharing for support purposes.

Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page once the live contact details are confirmed.
